- Sally Wang, a graduate of Zhejiang University and Columbia University Law School, has been practicing law since 2007 with a focus on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Sally has provided high-quality legal services for numerous Fortune 500 companies and various multinational corporations in their direct investment and merger & acquisition projects in China. In addition, she offers professional advice on investment for many investment funds and startups.
In 2009, Sally was assigned to the UK-based Mills & Reeve law firm for an exchange, which enriched her experience in international legal practice. Subsequently, she joined a leading European global law firm's Shanghai office, serving as a lawyer in the corporate business department, providing legal services to many European companies operating in China and Chinese enterprises investing abroad.
Sally obtained her Chinese legal practice qualification in 2008 and has over 15 years of professional experience, particularly in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and PE investments. She is a registered lawyer in the Shanghai Foreign Legal Talent Pool and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. Sally is also the head of her firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Committee.
