- Advised Jazz Semiconductor on the share purchase, in connection with the U.S. aspects related to the export of cutting-edge technology into China, from Shanghai Huahong NEC Electronics Company Limited. The deal involved multiple parties, mainly the US Jazz Semiconductor, the Japanese NEC, and the PRC electronics conglomerate Huahong Group, across three jurisdictions

- Acted as lead counsel for Alcatel in the negotiation and establishment of the joint venture with Shenzhen SDG Information Co., Ltd with an amount of $28 million
- Represented Henkel in the factory close-down/liquidation and related massive labor force reduction in Tianjin
- Representing a renowned international investor in a major hotel development dispute which has a significant impact on the hotel business of Shanghai
- Acted as lead counsel to advise Umbra, a Canada-based household product manufacturer on establishing the manufacturing base in Shenzhen, sourcing and exporting from China to Northern American, European and Japanese markets as well as advising on the strategy of its IP protection related to its household products
